Morning Exercises |  | We all know how important exercise is, it is the be all and end all of every healthy and beautiful woman. But did you know that exercising in the morning multiplies its benefits? Here is why: 1- It helps you sleep better, as it adjusts your body's biological clock you fall asleep better, faster and easier. 2- It speeds up your metabolism and digestion: for every 30 minutes of exercise that you do, this means that it multiplies your body's metabolism for 6 hours, and this gives you the chance of properly digesting and burning all of your daily meals. 3- You happily eat less! The body releases Endorphins when you work out, this is a happiness inducing substance, which decreases your sugar and carbohydrate cravings throughout the day. 4- You supercharge your day: you find yourself more alert, more focused and way more productive throughout the day. Here are a few morning exercises that you can do in the morning and will not take more than 15 minutes. Start with those for 2 weeks, then add 15-20 minutes of cardio activity to them.
